According to eyewitnesses, the robbers arrived in two vehicles and shot into the air to scare people. Panic quickly spread as customers and passersby ran for safety. Bank staff were forced to hand over cash, while the robbers worked with speed and confidence. Within minutes, they escaped before security forces could arrive.
Many residents expressed fear and anger, saying such daring attacks make them feel unsafe in their own city. “It’s shocking that they can rob like this in the middle of the day. We need better security,” one man said.
