According to eyewitnesses, the bird had fallen from an electric pole around 5 a.m., after villagers heard loud cries from the area. Moments later, what they saw left everyone speechless the bird was said to have changed into an elderly woman, lying weakly on the ground.
One resident, simply identified as Mama Rose, told reporters that the bird had been flying around the area since midnight. “We were hearing strange sounds from the sky, and when the bird fell, it turned into a woman before our eyes. Everybody ran because we were scared,” she said.
