Fulham are intensifying efforts to sign Nigerian forward Tolu Arokodare from Belgian club Genk as they aim to bolster their attacking lineup ahead of the new season. The Premier League side is impressed by Arokodare’s recent performances, including his crucial goal for the Super Eagles in a friendly against Russia that helped Nigeria avoid defeat in Moscow.

The 24-year-old striker, who finished last season as the top scorer in the Belgian Pro League with 21 goals in 40 appearances, has caught Fulham’s attention with his goal-scoring prowess and creative ability, having also provided six assists. Across all competitions, Arokodare netted 23 times for Genk.
