Napoli and Galatasaray have officially finalized an agreement for the transfer of Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen following his remarkable loan spell in Istanbul during the 2024-25 season.
After Osimhen’s stellar performance—scoring 37 goals and providing eight assists in 41 appearances across all competitions—Galatasaray were determined to secure his services on a permanent basis.
Although Galatasaray had already agreed to pay the full €75 million release clause in Osimhen’s contract earlier in July, negotiations stalled due to disagreements over payment structures and Napoli’s demand for formal payment guarantees.
According to Football Italia, the deal is now confirmed, with Galatasaray committing to pay the full €75 million transfer fee by the end of 2026.

Details of the Victor Osimhen Deal
Napoli will receive €40 million upfront, with the remaining €35 million to be paid by 2026.
An additional €5 million in performance-based bonuses could be added.
Napoli retains a 10% sell-on clause for any future transfer of Osimhen.
An ‘anti-Serie A clause’ has been included, ensuring Osimhen will not join any direct Serie A rival within the next 24 months.
